Meet Our Founder
Marji Willis, BSN, RN, CNOR
Founder & Perioperative Educator
Marji Willis is the founder of Perioperative Collective and a trusted leader in perioperative education. A Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience, Marji has worked across diverse perioperative settings—from hospital ORs to outpatient surgery centers—bringing deep clinical knowledge and hands-on leadership to every role.
Her journey began in the Emergency Room, where she developed strong critical thinking and rapid response skills. She later transitioned into the perioperative setting, serving as an OR Nurse, OR Manager, Perioperative Education Coordinator, and EPIC Certified Trainer. Along the way, Marji discovered a deep passion for education and fostering growth among staff members.

As a Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR), she is passionate about helping teams grow through practical, personalized education. With a focus on readiness and collaboration, Marji founded Perioperative Collective to support surgical teams in building the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
